PRODUCTION

The origins of nocino are very ancient and the main complexity for an excellent result lies in the choice of the fruits harvested during a well-defined period which is traditionally the night of San Giovanni. Left in the night dew, they are infused with alcohol the next day. From the fleshy part that surrounds the fruit called “husk”, we extract a juice rich in tannins that will become the characteristic rosolio with antioxidant and digestive properties and, the longer the ripening period, the more the organoleptic qualities will be fully appreciated.

TASTING NOTES

Color: Brown with tawny shades

Aroma: Persistent scent of walnuts with lively reflections of a strong vegetable smell and spicy nuances.

Flavor: Dense, with a primary walnut flavor and a perfect harmonious result of all its components.
